If you try and add the A320 IAE to the A320 CFM aircraft it won't work and you won't see the livery in FSX. Example: If the livery is for the A320 IAE engine variant then you have to ensure that you have that specific aircraft pulled up in the livery manager. If you purchased a non-Steam version, then something else I can tell you is that with that FSX version you have to ensure that you add the livery to the correct aircraft type in the Livery Manager.
